BEFORE WE START

How long does a website take?
Essentials typically takes 1–2 weeks, Business 2–3 weeks, and Website + Automation 3–4 weeks after the scope is agreed and your content is ready. Feedback delays or extra features can change the timeline.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo or business name, service descriptions, contact details, and images you have permission to use. We’ll identify any missing content before work starts.
How many revisions are included?
Each package includes two rounds of consolidated feedback. Extra revisions or changes to the agreed scope are quoted before work continues.
Who owns my website and domain?
You receive your website’s source files. Your domain stays in your own account; third-party tools and images keep their own licenses.
What happens after launch?
You receive a recorded walkthrough and handover. Optional care is $75/month for up to one hour of content edits to existing pages. New features, third-party software, and extra time are quoted separately; unused time does not roll over.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit starts the project, with the remaining 50% due before launch. Any add-ons and recurring software costs are listed in the agreed quote.
What will hosting and my domain cost?
Budget about $15–$85 a year for a standard domain and basic hosting. Email, booking tools, and higher usage cost extra. I’ll confirm providers and renewal prices in your quote.
