How much notice do you need to cancel?
24 hours, please. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the booked service, because that chair usually has a waitlist.
I’m new to color here. What do I need to do?
Pop in for a two-minute patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment. It’s free, and you can do it any time we’re open.
Should I come with clean hair?
Come as you normally wear it, styled the way you usually do. It helps us see how your hair behaves day to day.
Do you do consultations without booking a service?
Yes. A 15-minute consultation is free, in person or over a quick video call.
How do I pay?
Card, contactless, or cash. Tips can be added to your card payment.
